Orders over $50 in the continental US are shipped the best way for free. You have the option to pay for your choice of shipping options at checkout if that is your preference.
Our Processing time can take up to 5-7 business days. Shipping times are in addition to this: We do not ship on weekends or holidays!
You will receive an email with tracking information when your order has been shipped.
Orders cannot be changed, modified, or cancelled after checkout. Accessories and sale items are final and cannot be returned for store credit. Returned items must be unworn and unwashed. Items that appear worn, or that have stains, odors, etc. will not be accepted. Items must be in resalable condition. This includes excessive wrinkling. Please fold your merchandise before packaging it for return or exchange. If an item is not accepted, you will be responsible for the return postage. If you choose not to have your unsalable items returned to you, they will be donated to a non-profit organization.
Merchandise may be returned for online store credit only within 30 days of delivery. If items are returned after 30 days, return shipping will be paid by the customer within 3 business days or the item(s) will be donated to a non-profit organization.
A store credit code will be emailed to the email address on file 7-12 business days after we receive the returned item. Please include the packing slip when returning an item. Ship returns within 30 days to:

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend a shipping method that provides a tracking number.
KMR and Company is not responsible for products lost or damaged in the mail. The Postal Service or USPS will be responsible once we ship the packages. KMR and Company is not responsible for products marked 'Delivered' by the Post Office. You will need to check your local Post Office to obtain information regarding your package. Please allow 3-4 business days for our warehouse to receive the return, and 7-12 business days for our return department to process the store credit.
KMR and Company cannot change shipping addresses once your order has been placed. Please double check that you are providing the correct shipping address at checkout. We are not liable for it being delivered to incorrect address!
Due to our limited quantities and high demand of our products, we are unable to offer exchanges on any items. We recommend purchasing the item, and then shipping back the returned products. Returned items will be processed for store credit only. If you have received an item with any defects, please contact our store within 3 days to inform us of the issue. We are not responsible for damages to clothing as a result of improper care or handling or incorrect sizing.
KMR and Company is not liable if the incorrect email is given when purchasing a gift card! It is up to the individual (customer) purchasing gift card to give correct email address at checkout. KMR and Company will not refund Gift Card purchases or send to email not provided when gift card is purchased.
